| Contribute: | Golf – Put together a team or we can find one for you. Hole Sponsor – Sponsor a hole at the outing for $100. A sign will appear at the hole you sponsor with your business/family name. All donations are tax-deductible. Donate – Monetary donations or door/raffle prizes will also be greatly appreciated. |

| Golf Includes: | 18 Holes of Golf w/Cart Men’s & Women’s Longest Drive and Closest to Pin Hot dogs and chips at the turn Dinner Buffet Each Player will get Five (5) Drink Tickets for use on or off the Course. Plus one (1) at the turn. Door / Raffle Prizes 50/50 Raffle |

Our mission is to raise money for continued research into a cure for HHT, increase awareness of HHT and its effects, and provide regional support for families affected by HHT through an annual grassroots fundraising campaign located in and around Southeast Michigan.
